How far in advance do I need to place a catering order?
We always recommend placing your catering order as early as possible to guarantee your preferred menu, delivery time, and availability — especially during busy holidays and peak catering seasons.
That said, we know last-minute meetings, parties, and “uh-oh-we-forgot-to-order-food” moments happen and we do our best to accommodate them! In many cases, we can handle same-day catering orders with as little as 3 hours notice.
Availability for rush orders depends on:
- The size of the orderMenu items requested
- Delivery location
- Current catering schedule

What's the minimum order for delivery?
Our minimum for delivery catering is typically $100, but this can vary based on your delivery location. There's no minimum for pickup orders from our Wyckoff location.
How far do you deliver?
We have an expansive delivery zone including; Northern NJ, Rockland County, Westchester County, the Bronx and parts of Manhattan. Additional delivery fees and tolls may apply to some locations.
Do you provide setup, serving staff, or equipment?
We provide serving utensils, plates, silverware, and napkins for our business orders . For larger events and home catering requiring setup, chafing dishes, or serving staff, let us know your needs and we can create a custom package.
Can I customize the menu or accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! We have extensive vegan and gluten-free options, and we're happy to work with you on custom menu modifications. Just let us know about allergies or dietary needs when ordering.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for order changes or cancellations to receive a full refund. Within 24 hours, deposits may be non-refundable as we've already begun food prep.
Do you offer tasting appointments for large corporate events?
Yes! we're happy to schedule a tasting for larger events, so you can sample our menu options. Contact our Catering Marketplace at 201-848-4088 to arrange.
